Feyenoord checklist
To get your ticket:
- Download the Feyenoord App on your mobile phone.
- Log in or create your new account with a valid email address.
- For each purchased ticket a separate account must be created. It is not possible to receive multiple tickets on 1 e-mail.
- Inform us by Whatsapp or e-mail with all relevant information (1 e-mail is 1 ticket).
- Your ticket will appear in your Ajax app account about 48 hours before the game.
Entrance at matchday:
✅ Activate ticket:
On matchday your ticket will automatically be activated and a QR-code will appear in your ticket shown in your Feyenoord app account from 4 hours before start of the game. For entrance this QR-code needs to be scanned at the entrance / turnstiles of Stadion Feijenoord (de Kuip).
✅ Ticket forwarding:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to forward a ticket to another friend yourself. If you still want to do this, please contact us.
No away teams colours allowed.
Please make sure you have your ID (Passport / ID Card / Driver License) with you all time.
