Short-term parking is possible at the door. We are also easily accessible by public transport. Take tram 21, tram 24 (Oostplein) or metro A, B or C (Oostplein station).

Do you want to pick up your order in our store? Then place your order online first. You will receive a notification from us and we will ensure that your tickets are ready for you. The stock of the web store is not always the same as the stock of the store.

Complaints

Our employees of the complaints department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will notify you.
