Q: Do you have special wheelchair tickets?
A:

Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair tickets on sale. Please contact the venue for more information about wheelchair tickets and access.


Q: I have already found tickets on your website for which the presale has not started yet. How is that possible?
A:

Our ticket specialists have gained a lot of experience over the last few years so that we are guaranteed of a limited amount of tickets for the most popular events. Therefore you can book your most wanted tickets even before the official presale has started.


Q: Why is the price mentioned on the ticket lower than the price I actually paid for the tickets?
A:

The price printed on the ticket is the face value of the ticket, thus the price of the ticket when it was sold for the first time. Because 4alltickets  acts as a reseller on the secondary ticket market and is in no way affiliated with any official box office, reseller or organiser of any event, the price you pay for the ticket differs from the original ticket price. The sales price of a ticket bought at 4alltickets  reflects the time and effort to obtain these tickets. To that extent, the sales price of the tickets will be higher when demand increases and supply decreases, which means that the difference between the price you pay and the face value of the ticket can vary and increase over time. On the other hand, 4alltickets  manages to get you those tickets which have been sold out for ages at other websites or are otherwise hard-to-get.

 

Q: What is the difference between category 1 and 2?
A:

When you choose for category 1 tickets you will be assigned the best available tickets we have. Depending on the venue the exact seating location may vary, but in general we can say that category 1 tickets will have a better view on the stage compared to category 2 tickets. For most concert venues, category 1 tickets are located on the first circle of the venue or the first block of the second circle close to the stage, whereas all other tickets can be allocated as category 2. For most football venues, category 1 tickets are located on the long-side of the stadium or the first circle and category 2 tickets on the second circle or behind the goal. Please note that the categorisation of the tickets of 4alltickets  do in no way correspond with the categorisation of the tickets of the organiser of the event.


Q: How do I know where I will be seated?
A:

4alltickets  is dependent on local suppliers and organisers of events; therefore it is not possible to indicate where the seats you booked are exactly located. If possible, 4alltickets  will specify the circle or block in which you will be seated.


Q: When I place a reservation, will the tickets be seated next to each other?
A:

We will do our utmost best to provide you with tickets allocated next to each other. For smaller amount of tickets this usually is not a problem; pairs are always seated together.
When the number of tickets exceeds eight tickets, a group may be divided and allocated into different blocks or one or two rows behind each other.

Q: Can I also book tickets over the phone?
A:

 It is very easy and secure to book your tickets on the website of 4alltickets . However, if you need assistance with booking your tickets, we are more than willing to help you. Please contact our customer service to speak to one of our staff members and to ask for help.


Q: How can I pay my tickets?
A:

You can pay your tickets by credit card, by iDEAL or by bank transfer. When you have chosen for the option bank transfer, you are requested to transfer the amount within five working days to guarantee your reservation. Please do not forget to mention your reference number as identification with your bank transfer in order to link your payment with your reservation. 4alltickets  does not make use of automatic money collection or payment slips.

 

Q: How do I know that my booking was successful?
A:

When you have finished the booking you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the booking in your inbox. Please contact our customer service in case you have not received a confirmation.


Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:

Unfortunately, all bookings are final and cannot be cancelled. Please note that according to Dutch law the legislation on long distance buying on the Internet does not supply to ticket sales. To that extend, the buyer of tickets is not entitled to a time to reflect the purchase or to cancel the order free of charge.


Q: Have you received my payment?
A:

When you have chosen to pay for your ticket by credit card or iDEAL, we instantly receive the payment. When you have paid your tickets by bank transfer, we do not send you a notification that the payment has been received. You will receive your ticket as soon as possible.


Q: I have not transferred the payment within five working days. Are my tickets still reserved?
A:

In general, your tickets will be released when we haven’t received your bank payment within five working days. Please inform our customer service about the payment delay and to ask whether comparable tickets are still available.


Q: I do have a question concerning my booking. Who can I contact?
A:

You can send your questions by email 24 hours a day, seven days a week to info@4alltickets .nl. We try to answer all emails within two working days, but most of the time you will even receive an answer the same day. Please mention your booking reference in all correspondence with our customer service.


Q: I would like to book tickets for my company. Can I receive an invoice including VAT?
A:

VAT is not calculated on tickets to any event or sport match. You can use the booking confirmation as an invoice.

Q: Can I sell my spare tickets to 4alltickets ?
A:

Besides selling tickets for the most popular events in Europe, you can also sell your spare tickets to us. You are requested to fill out the ‘sell your tickets form’ on the website and within two working days you will find out whether we are interested in buying your spare tickets.


Shipment of your tickets
Q: How do I receive my tickets?
A:

We usually send the tickets to the address fill out on the booking confirmation. Within the Netherlands we ship the tickets with registered post, for international shipments we use the services of FedEx or DHL. Please note that the tickets for some events and matches will be shipped within the country where the event or match takes place. In such cases, the tickets will be send to a local (hotel) address which you will be asked to provide. 

 

Q: When will you ship my tickets?
A:

4alltickets  tries to ship the tickets as soon as possible. Due to the late release of some tickets, especially football tickets, we may not able to ship your tickets any earlier than one week prior to the event.


Q: When can I expect to receive the tickets in my hotel?
A:

We only deliver the tickets after you have checked into the hotel. To that extent, you are able to inform the reception desk that you are awaiting an envelope and ask them to accept it on behalf of you. Please note that your tickets may thus be delivered in your hotel on the day of the event.


Q: It is less than a week to the event and I still haven not received my tickets. What do I have to do?
A:

You are advised to send an email to info@4alltickets .nl to inquire when to expect your tickets. Please do not forget to mention your reference number.


Q: I did not have the time to go to the local post office to pick up my tickets. The tickets have now been returned to 4alltickets . What should I do?
A:

As soon as we receive a returned shipment we will contact you to transfer the additional shipments costs and send you the tickets again.
